Amazon Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Benefits Experience and Technology (BXT) in Arlington, Virginia

We are building a delightful mobile and web experience integrated with internal and external systems, so employees don’t have to go through hoops to get what they want. Key job responsibilities

  • Help refine the product vision & strategy.

  • Work with UX Research and experts to define the customer experience on mobile and web.

  • Create roadmap and the user stories

  • Work with engineers to deliver a high-quality product

  • Collaborate with other PMs & SDMs to integrate dependencies.

  • Define the key metrics and goals for success.

  • Participate in field research to improve the product and address the customer needs.

Arlington, VA, USA

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
