Description

We are working with a local organization to bring on a HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company.

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance.

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments, tests, and other selection tools to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.

  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.

  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant with legal requirements.

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar

• Proficient in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for recruitment processes

• Experience with Careerbuilder or similar job posting platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks as part of the hiring process

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR role

• Ability to manage Documentation related to recruitment and hiring

• Experience with Hiring Processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing

• Familiarity with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems

• Experience participating in Job Fairs to attract potential candidates

• Ability to Conduct Interviews, including in-person, virtual, and phone interviews

• Experience conducting Phone Interviews as part of the screening process.
