D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a_Forward Planning Assistant_for their Operations Department. The right candidate will be responsible forproviding administrative assistance to the Forward Planning Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Contract administration * Distribution and review of department documents (i.e., sequence sheets, development schedules, color scheme documents, plans, lot exhibits, phasing maps, etc.) * Prepare check requests for various permits and fees * Input project information into JD Edwards (plan types, lot #, addresses, phasing, etc.) * Maintain filing * Log and track plans, check requests and contracts * Expected Pay Scale: $43,000 - $45,000 (With bonus potential)

Education and/or Experience

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
