We are currently seeking to recruit a Product & Strategic Marketing Manager to join our Connected Aviation Solution (CAS) Business Unit of Collins Aerospace, in Crawley.

Role Overview:

The Product & Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for leading FlightAware Marketing across Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) Strategic Business Unit and the entirety of Collins Aerospace .

FlightAware is the world's leading aviation software platform, processing over 180+ million incoming messages an hour from over 30,000 individual data feeds—2 terabytes a day and growing! We provide the best, most complete, and most accurate real-time flight-tracking service and are proud to have built a wide variety of successful products on this foundation that have become central to the success of Collins Aerospace the aviation industry at large.

You will be a strong advocate for the strategic direction of the FlightAware portfolio , leading industry and customer collaboration to capture profound insights that grow our business and transform FlightAware’s value to aviation .

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project and Strategic Marketing leader for FlightAware Portfolio .

  • Integral to Integrated Program Teams that engage Strategy, Value Stream, Program Management, Engineering, Solution Consultants and Sales .

  • Owner of Product and Strategic Marketing plan aligned with SFP and AOP

  • Driving the growth of FlightAware portfolio by delivering profound insights across Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) business .

  • Development of Market Requirements Documents and Go to Market (GTM) strategy.

  • Development of Sales-Tool Kits including Case Studies, Demos, Presentations, Thought Leadership , Whitepapers via Web, Sales Enablement & CRM Platforms.

  • Delivery of Product Training and Webinars to Solution Consultant and Sales.

  • Voice of the Customer & Industry and Competitive Intelligence gathering through workshop facilitation and development of LLM

  • Innovation and Development Economic and Environmental Benefit ( E 2 BA) platform.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A uthorised to work in the UK (Crawley) or US (Annapolis) without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position .

  • Aviation, SaaS , Flight Tracking, Data Feeds , Flight Data Analysis expertise

  • L eading projects across global cross-functional SaaS team

  • Economic or Environmental Benefit Analysis development

  • Business Case, Market Requirements and Go-To-Market development .

  • Support of Strategic Financial Planning including Market Analysis

  • Though leader ship, c onfident engaging audiences in all forms at all levels .

  • Exceptional listening and problem - solving t hat uncover s root causes and capture profound insights.

  • Committed to operational excellence with a m ethodical approach to problem solving that consistently drives organization al efficiency.

  • Committed to c ontinual learning in the use of digital tools such as MS S uite , Planners and D ashboards

  • Attentive to elegant and effective design across media types including w eb and social .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree with proven relevant experience or absence of a degree with significant relevant experience.
