Provides quality patient care and family training through evaluation, treatment planning, and the application and assignment of physical therapy modalities and procedures in accordance with the regulations governing the practice of Physical Therapy and in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the City of Hope National Medical Center.
Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, includingadherence to theworkplaceCode of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited school or Masters equivalent.
Entry level position, no experience required but interest in oncology preferred.
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California or PTLA status in the state of California.
CPR Certification. For pediatric service, CCS Panel provider or complete application within 60 days of hire or when hours attained.
