ALLO Communications Lead Drop Coordinator in Greeley, Colorado

As a Lead Drop Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently oversee the scheduling of all service drop installations. To track progress of daily work completed, issue locate requests, re-schedule drop placement when needed. Work closely with market managers, supervisors, and field techs and respond to customer service representative inquiries. This will require that you manage your own daily work and schedule within certain parameters, and that you are committed to the high quality and accuracy of your work.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Foster a positive environment through support and hands on training Oversee team's duties, ensure that work is to standards and deadlines are met Train and track teammate's performance and growth while providing coaching and feedback Compile and report statistics of workload and trends over time Build and maintain relationships with external contractors while ensuring that their work is being done safely, accurately, and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on requests Provide a safe work environment by understanding and enforcing all state, local, federal safety regulations, and company safety policies Manage and track concurrent projects with differing deadlines Audit daily work and progress across multiple systems Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor Colorado candidates: Typical pay range for this role is $22-$24 per hour depending on experience.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 1 year of telecom or administrative experience and working knowledge of drop placement. Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead is preferred but not required.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Thorough knowledge of ALLO construction procedures. Thorough knowledge of fiber construction and material. Basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and GIS/CAD. Skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers, contractors and company employees. Good mathematical skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule (including holidays).

REQUIREMENTS: Remain stationary for extended periods. Ability to communicate information. Ability to operate a computer.
