Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to represent our client in a variety of business-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex litigation cases and possess strong analytical, research, and communication skills. This position is for a small firm based out of Irvine and offers the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in business litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.

• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Bar membership in good standing in the state of California

• Experience practicing law, with a focus on business litigation.

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
