Senior (Outside) Sales Representative - REMOTE

A prominent distributor of premium hobby and toy products sourced from acclaimed Japanese manufacturers is currently in search of an Outside Senior Sales Representative (REMOTE). We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join the team and propel the sales objectives forward. Successful candidates will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships, generating leads, and surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

  • Monitor inventory availability by tracking current and past product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking, actively making multiple cold calls and setting appointments looking for new business opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Travel to attend conventions and events to maintain relationships and find new customers.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions to uphold the company's reputation.

  • Negotiate and close deals.

  • Identify clients' demands and potential needs.

  • Introduce new pre-order products to clients and encourage pre-order sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • More than 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (collectibles, toys, or other niche industry sales experience is a plus).

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships, navigate complex negotiations, and effectively communicate key information.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Outstanding relationship and problem-solving building skills.

  • Comfortable with basic sales ratio calculations.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time efficiently.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
