Locationis Hybrid - A combination of in-person and off-site, depending on organizational need. Compensation First-year compensation \$20.61 - \$31.56 per hour, higher compensation for individuals with more experience. The Role As a Street Outreach Worker, you will be connecting with homeless individuals in the community and providing resources. You will be a vital part of a close-knit team that offers transformational services to clients in need experiencing housing insecurity and possibly mental health and/or substance challenges in the community. About You A high school diploma and 6-12 months of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Experience with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems is preferred Familiarity with the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County Vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to be.
