We are currently looking for an HR Training & Development Coordinator who will be based out of our New Berlin location and directly contribute to the success and growth of our employees, as well as our organization as a whole. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Development, the HR Training & Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing development plans, and executing training programs for teams and individuals within our organization. This role will also involve managing our Learning Management System along with supporting the Human Resources team with day-to-day activities.
