Our client is a leading healthcare company with an immediate and urgent need for an experienced Business Operations Analyst. This role will serve as 50% administrative support, and 50% business analysis. In this role, you will provide administrative support in the form of meeting and event coordination, reporting, creating presentations, expense reporting, and managing calendars, as well as presenting informed and calculated business proposals based on analysis of the business. This is a contract opportunity through 12/31/2024, with potential to extend. This job is fully onsite.
salary: $22 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
This role will service as 50% administrative support, and 50% business analyst role.
Managing calendars for leadership, expenses/expense reporting, meeting and event coordination.
Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics for the organization.
Analyzes business data and puts analysis into reports which indicate the performance of the organization.
Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations.
Makes recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operation performance based on analysis.
Completes enrollment applications for members, provides customer service, and case management.
