Stantec IT Desktop Support Analyst in Reading, United Kingdom

Stantec UK & Ireland have exciting growth plans, with acquisitions already confirmed. Due to this growth we have an exciting opportunity for a IT Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Reading.

Joining an established Desktop support team, you will resolve end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues via desk-side and remote methods. You will contribute to the resolution of operational problems by working collaboratively with your peers. You will get the opportunities to work on some challenging projects (including upcoming integration projects of acquired organisations).

About You:

You are an existing IT Desktop support analyst with proven experience in Windows 10/11 & other MS Office Suite Office. You have proven knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations will be useful experience for this role.

You pride yourself on your exemplary customer relationship, communications and interpersonal skills

Occasional travel to our regional offices will be required from time to time.
