As a Care Concierge (CC) you will support the doctor in making every client visit a warm and seamless experience. The CC role will help get your veterinary career catapulted as you learn to partner with the doctors in creating plans to help pets feel their best. We can’t wait to see you succeed!

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assisted veterinarians by transcribing electronic medical records in real time during patient exams.

· Provide owners with follow up calls to check on patients and communicate test results

· Properly communicate to the veterinary technician team the doctor’s treatment plans.

· Present and explain treatment plans, estimates and discharge instructions.

The ideal candidate for this position would be:

· A Passionate individual that loves pets and enjoys helping people.

· A Team Oriented mindset and willingness to learn medical terminology.

· A Welcoming nature, with the ability to make clients feel at home

· Exceptional communication skills and a great multitasker

· The Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
