Aston Carter Research Analyst in Torrance, California

Description:

Design research and provide insights on consumer and customer’s perception of Honda brands, products, and services against competition. Develop and conduct recurring research and measure customer perception of our product design, product quality, digital experience, pricing, and service level. Identify potential perception drivers and support improvement initiatives. Create comprehensive and insightful reports on customer engagement data and research responses. Using data-driven storytelling to drive improvements in business strategy and operations. Manage and analyze primary, secondary, and syndicated data for meaningful insights. Translate data and insights into clear written narratives. Deep dive into customer behavioral and psychographic profiles to define detail user personas and interests in relation to automobile ownership. Contribute research ideas and design studies that support product concepts, customer experience design, and strategic initiatives. Develop programs that can adapt to changes in business and consumer quickly. Master’s degree in business or a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Consumer Research, Mathematics, etc.) with 3 years of market / consumer research experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience (with a bachelor’s degree) in data, research, and analytical program solving, preferably in automotive or consumer goods companies. 3+ years’ experience with post-graduate degree. 4+ years of experience in implementing quantitative and qualitative research programs to measure customer perceptions and sentiments of brands, products, and services. 3+ years of experience in identifying key business drivers and developing research programs that provide insights to support consumer marketing and product development strategy. 3+ years of experience in analyzing research data, deliver insights, and recommend best actions for product and marketing teams. Experience in using data insights to influence business stakeholders and communicate complex analysis to non-technical audiences. Be able to frame hypothesis, create meaningful metrics, and define analytic approach. Ability to dive deep to find drivers of key changes and recommend appropriate actions. Demonstrates clear communication and presentation skills (oral and written
