Ferguson is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator ! The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products, and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends. This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate Sales Center calls and/or emails against established expectations

  • Facilitate and/or participate in regular calibration sessions with Sales Center management and Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure consistent quality scoring and coaching feedback among all quality scoring stakeholders

  • Provide monthly Sales team and associate performance reporting data to various internal stakeholder groups

  • Provide associate support to drive performance results as directed, including but not limited to: one on one coaching sessions, small group activities (role play, skills practices), new and tenured associate training reinforcement

  • Determine root cause of performance problems and partners with Sales Center Leaders, Strategic Support, and Training managers to recommend, develop, and test actions that improve performance

  • Design and maintain Quality Assurance Program(s) including identifying and defining competencies, creating call review forms, and determining scoring

  • Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Prior sales/call center experience in the areas of training and/or call and/or email quality is highly desirable

  • Industry experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
