As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data and records. Your meticulous attention to detail and efficient work ethic will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization and ensure data integrity across various systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into our database systems with speed and accuracy.

• Verify the accuracy of data entered and identify any discrepancies or errors for resolution.

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper records according to established procedures.

• Assist with data cleanup and quality control initiatives to ensure data consistency and integrity.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Respond promptly to data entry requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

• Contribute to process improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for optimizing data entry workflows.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to input data quickly and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
